Terms of Use

Nada: Debt Payoff Planner

Last updated: 2 November 2026

In short:

Who are these terms with?

These terms are between you and {OPERATOR_NAME}, {BUSINESS_ADDRESS}, Spain (“we”, “us”). They are not with Apple.

We are responsible for Nada and what it contains. Apple is not.

These are Nada’s own terms, sometimes called an end user licence agreement. They apply instead of Apple’s standard one. Apple’s rules for purchases still apply: Apple Media Services Terms.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. This means that when you accept them, Apple can enforce them against you.

What am I allowed to do with Nada?

We give you a licence to use Nada. It is personal and for non-commercial use. You can’t pass it on to someone else.

You can use Nada on Apple devices that you own or control, as Apple’s usage rules allow.

What is Nada not?

Nada is a calculator and planner. It is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Results are estimates. They depend on what you type in. Your lender’s real figures may differ. Reasons include fees, different ways of counting days, and changes to your rate.

Check important numbers with your lender. Decisions about your money are yours.

What do Free and Pro include?

You can get Pro in three ways (prices in Spain):

Prices vary by country. Apple sets local prices and shows you the exact price in the App Store before you buy.

Lifetime unlocks the Pro features Nada has today. Big new features may be sold separately.

How do subscriptions and the free trial work?

To cancel: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Nada, then tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds, not us. We can’t issue them.

To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, using its own rules. These can vary by country.

If you are in the EU, Apple’s terms give you 14 days from your receipt to cancel an order. This does not apply once delivery has started at your request and you have agreed to lose that right, which is what happens when you unlock Pro straight away. Apple’s terms explain the details.

Can offers change?

Yes. Free trials, come-back offers, the debt-free discount and offer codes are offers, not rights. They can change or end at any time. An offer only applies once the App Store confirms it to you.

What must I not do?

Who is responsible if something goes wrong?

What other rules apply?

Can these terms change?

Yes. We will post changes on this page with a new date. For big changes, we will also say so in the app’s release notes. If you keep using Nada after a change, you accept it. If you don’t agree, stop using Nada.

Which law applies?

Spanish law applies to these terms.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the country where you live. You can also take a claim to the courts there.

If we can’t fix a problem by email, you can ask a consumer dispute body. The EU keeps a list: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. We have not agreed to use a specific body.
